Christine Jones

I am your friendly, high-vibe  personal trainer interested in holding you accountable to being physically balanced and embodied in an increasingly sedentary and digital society. I will guide you in exercise, nutrition, sleep tracking, nervous system regulation, gut health balance, biohacking and so much more. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Registered Yoga Instructor, and Hypnotherapist, I will help you to feel amazing in your own skin, to nourish your body and to create the mental and physical experience that you desire.

60-min sessions with weight or body weight. I will design program cycles to create accountability, muscular balance, & improved body comp. Train with me up to 3x per week.

Mindfulness

Meditation is available for an hour in stillness or movement. Within each session I will guide you through yoga, reiki, or hypnotherapy for relaxation, mental and spiritual development, and optimizing your focus and attention.
