During our initial call, I will help you to define and clarify your core beliefs around fitness, perhaps debunking any old beliefs or programs that could be holding you back. I specialize in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), exercise science, and behavior change. My experience is if you don't get clear on what you want, you won't ever arrive at your goal. We will get clear on what it is that you want to manifest in your fitness and health. And we will explore a series of movement assessments to determine your level of fitness.
My intention is to leave you with valuable insight that will alter your behaviors and decision-making the moment you define them.
