-movement
As your virtual coach you have the freedom to take me with you on your phone or laptop to the gym, at home, or bring me along on a work trip/vacation. My clients are busy and are often juggling businesses, creative pursuits, and careers especially those that require constant use of technology. As your remote trainer, I can hold you accountable with body weight calisthenics, pilates, dumbbell strength training, barbell lifting, or even kettlebell training. Each hour I will safely push you to your upper limit of fitness. I will guide you through a video call or through text conversations to be consistent in exercising every week. Together we will assess and measure your personal and unique factors of fitness and then keep you on track even when work or life gets hectic.

-nutrition
Meet with me each week to track your nutrition and create habits around hormone, immune, digestive, and nervous system health. Each day I will communicate with you through text to keep you on track with meal pictures, plans, and recipes. We will discuss the chain of events surrounding eating habits, techniques to improve energy levels, mood, and even the ability to feel rested. I will be your personal health coach to unlock real, consistent change in body composition. And I believe lasting change can occur most effectively without crash dieting or heavy restricting. We will program positive attitudes around meals and talk in detail about overcoming perceived obstacles, plateaus or weight loss ruts. My hope is to help you to discover joy in the process of preparing and nourishing yourself with food.

-mindfulness
Develop a deeper meditation or yoga practice through hourly yoga sessions. I will guide you through Vinyasa Power Flow, Hatha or a more restorative flow. I will talk you through the intricate details of asana posture as well as internal mindfulness techniques to develop focus, attention, peace and a deeper state of meditation. I also offer Reiki sessions (in person and remote) where I integrate the Reiki current into meditation and at times physical movement.
Lastly, I offer hypnotherapy with clients as a stand-alone induction or an integrative experience where movement and hypnotic suggestion is blended together. These sessions take preparation and intention setting. My Process
All my life I have been collecting experiences or data. I am fascinated by the inner workings of reality and the cheat codes that offer greater success and greater wellbeing on all levels of health (not just the superficial). I like to consider myself a hacker or an engineer of sorts...
Throughout my youth I was often hospitalized, suffering from a range of conditions that never seemed understood or resolved by my doctors (food and environmental sensitivities plus autoimmune disease and respiratory issues). This repeated frustration and confusion around my own body created a spark of curiosity within me. I became extremely curious and driven to understand the interaction between the body, the mind, and the subtle environmental factors in my field (both seen and unseen). I also became curious about unconventional methods of attaining balance and triggering the body's natural healing response including Eastern practices that seem dismissed or severely separated from modern Western medicine.

My own athletic background extends back to being a competitive gymnast for four years, a dancer for twenty years, a long distance runner for twelve years, a yogi for fifteen, and a dabbler in martial arts in the past three. Having been told that I would be physically limited, I know what it is to push my body past certain perceived limitations and to discover my own strength through persistence. As I coach I have learned to push others with warmth, strength, and compassion. I have learned to coax forth each person's magic because I believe we all have gifts that may not have fully been tapped into.

Since 2015 I have performed under extraordinary pressure in New York City, interacting with high profile actors and producers on television sets and juggling multiple careers as a fitness trainer, a bartender, and an actress all at once. I know what it means to maintain my cool under unusually high-stress situations and I've developed techniques towards mental rehearsal, visualization, and meditation to alter mental states and train the nervous system for success.
In recent years I have moved to the high desert of New Mexico and have focused a great deal on my own self development. I have participated in a number of entheogenic healing ceremonies and have been guided intuitively towards ceremony and facilitating shamanic work. Recently, I have become certified as a hypnotherapist spurred on by own process of reprogramming my beliefs and updating my subconscious mind to match my conscious desires and intentions.
Over time I established Mystic Body Club as a platform and hub to combine physical, mental, and spiritual balance into one place. I have found incredible success as a personal trainer and coach as I have combined physical programs with deep trance states and biohacking with my clients. Since beginning MBC, I have trained as a meditation coach and a reiki practitioner and have studied with Tribal Elders, energy healers, as well as some of the most successful spiritual facilitators in the world.

Ultimately, it is curiosity that has lead me into greater understanding of deep health. Deep health encompasses the multi-faceted nature of the mind and body especially those that are often hidden from sight. I am in a constant state of learning and refinement. And it brings me deep joy to converse and share data points with my clientele and the world at large.
